    DOMESTIC SHIPPING

    Orders will ship within 1-4 days. Orders placed after Saturday at 5 PM EST will be shipped the following Wednesday. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.

    Domestic orders will ship via USPS. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your order after you receive tracking.

    EXCHANGES

    For domestic orders, please follow the instructions below:

    1. Please visit: novabossa.com/service
    2. Enter your name, phone number and the email used to purchase the item/s
    3. In the message box, list the item you would like to exchange 
    4. Print the prepaid shipping label, once the return has been authorized
    5. Ship the product/s back to us within 30 days of receipt
    6. Receive store credit

    Online orders may be returned for store credit only. We are unable to offer refunds. All items bought at a discount are FINAL SALE. The merchandise must be in its original condition with the original packaging. Items that have been worn are not eligible for exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.

    Exchanges must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. We recommend insuring your shipment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Be sure to package exchanges in their original packaging. Items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted. Once your package has been received, your store credit will be processed within 10 business days.

    DAMAGES/INCORRECT ITEMS

    If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within three (3) business days of receiving the merchandise. We’ll email you a shipping label to return the merchandise. Once you receive the label, please return damaged items with the original box and packaging. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt. Items damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted. All goods must be unworn in order for exchange or refund.

    • We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping.

    • All orders will be shipped between 1-4 business days.

    • We offer USPS International Services. Shipping options and prices in local currency will be shown at checkout. 

    • A tracking number for your order will be provided via email at the time of dispatch from our warehouse.

    • Shipping rates are determined by several factors and are calculated at checkout. 

    • The rate is determined based on the quantity of items, the weight of the order, and destination address. 

    • Some countries are billed via dimensional weight. For these countries, we offer a flat rate fee.

    • NOVA BOSSA, LLC is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred. 

    • Duties and taxes are listed and paid at checkout based on the item(s) ordered and the destination country. 

    • Please note that international orders may be subject to delays due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country. 

    • Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as “gift” or “no commercial value”.

    Due to COVID–19, there may be a possibility of delay in delivery and a temporary increase in costs. Some countries delivery is suspended during this period.
